Dear Alphonse,
My husband Merv and I would like to take this opportunity
to thank you for the great job you did for us. After
months of trying to sell our house with a realtor,
we were worried that we would have to relocate to
Florida and have two house payments.
You offered us a contract at a fair price and bought
our house exactly as you promised. And, you jumped
through so many hoops! We would have spent hours
and even days of our time just keeping up with the
paperwork and little things it took to get the deal
settled. You even took the time to help Linda find
a place to stay while I started my new job.
